If you wish to submit a completed paper, please submit your most recent draft, a Curriculum Vitae, and a cover letter describing how your piece will contribute to energy law scholarship by attachment to jelr@lsu.edu.
Proposals
If you wish to submit a proposal for a paper, please submit your proposal of no more than 500 words briefly describing the issue by attachment to jelr@lsu.edu. Please include a copy of a Curriculum Vitae with the proposal.
